Ready for Madelyn!

Well, we are 1 week away from our due date, and READY for Madelyn to make her arrival! Now that we are all ready, I thought I would share pictures of the final product in the nursery :)!

And we are almost all packed and ready to go to the hospital should she decide to come early :)

I have really been feeling great throughout the whole pregnancy minus a few hiccups with pulling my back and a possible hernia, but I really cannot complain.  I hear so many horror stories of swelling, nausea/vomiting, heartburn, giant noses, etc., and I feel very blessed to have been one of the few to have such an easy pregnancy.  I have been able to work all the way through with very little restrictions, and have finally decided to make Wednesday my last day. 

This is somewhat bittersweet for me, because I was just pulled out of the floater pool last week and put in my very own BRAND NEW store that opens August 31.  For those who don't know, for the past year, I have been working as a Floater Pharmacist for HEB here in Houston, and a floater is basically someone who goes in to the stores when someone either calls in or goes on vacation.  So, I was traveling quite a bit and was so ready to have a store close to the house that I could call home.  Getting this new store could not have come at a better time, because I will have a set schedule when I get back from maternity leave and will only be about 15 minutes from home!  So, while I am SUPER excited to be able to stay home a few days and rest, I am also quite sad to already be leaving my new store. 

I can't believe that I have already been carrying this little one for 39 weeks and will finally get to meet her in about a week! Please pray for a quick and easy delivery for us, and that God will watch over us as we welcome our little bundle of joy!
